Kelly and I sold our property recently in West Harbour which initially felt like a daunting task for us. Luckily, we were very fortunate to have Kieran assist us with selling our property. Kieran’s expertise and professionalism was evident and we trusted his advice entirely. When we advertised our property, the market was starting to slow down and we had minimal interest in our property. Less than one month ago my wife & myself decided to list our house with Les. This had been our home for 48 years & had a lot of sentimental value to us. 2 days after contacting Les, he appeared 250km away at our new address on his motorbike to list our house.
